Ram 1500 Performance

There are three Ram 1500 engine options for customers to consider. The standard 3.6-liter V6 engine with eTorque (Ram's mild hybrid system) produces 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque. An available 5.7-liter V8 engine produces 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque. The TRX trim gets a unique supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces 702 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. All engines are paired an eight-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, while four-wheel drive is available for customers who want to optimize off-roading capability and on-road traction.

Ram 1500 Exterior & Interior

The Ram 1500 comes with two cab configurations: quad cab and crew cab. Both cabs have five seats and four doors, but crew cab models have extra legroom for rear passengers. Crew cab models can be paired with either a short bed (five feet seven inches) or a long bed (six feet four inches). Quad cab models come only with a long bed. You can upgrade your truck bed with spray-in bedliner, in-bed lighting, and a power tailgate release.

Inside the cabin, the Ram 1500 comes standard with basic amenities like manual air conditioning, power windows and door locks, and vinyl floor coverings and upholstery. Available interior upgrades include carpeted floors, cloth or leather upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seats.

Ram 1500 Technology & Safety

The Ram 1500 base trim comes standard with a five-inch infotainment touchscreen. However, you can upgrade to either an available 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen or a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen. Six speakers come standard, but you can upgrade to either a 10-speaker audio system or a 19-speaker Harmon Kardon premium audio system.

There are a variety of safety tech features available, including forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, automated parking, trailer reverse steering control, and a surround-view camera system.

• Rebel: An off-roading trim that adds unique aggressive styling, all-terrain tires, hill descent control, underbody skid plates, tow hooks, an electronic locking rear axle, and an improved suspension with a raised ride height.
• Laramie: Builds off the Big Horn, adding LED headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated and ventilated front seats, an 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and 10 speakers.
• Limited Longhorn: Ads 20-inch aluminum wheels, improved LED headlights, automatic high beams, rain-sensing wiper blades, front and rear parking sensors, and reclining and heated rear seats.
• Limited: Adds a standard 5.7-liter V8 engine, a four-corner air suspension, a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen, a wireless charging pad, and blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert.
• TRX: Adds a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine, amber LED lights, a functional hood scoop, 35-inch all-terrain tires, a performance exhaust, skid plates, improved brakes, and an electronic locking rear differential.
